To secure your place at ESF26, you must complete Stage 2 ‘Team Registration’ within 7 days, which includes completing the Team Registration form and paying the Registration Fee.

ESF26 EARLY BOOKING OFFER! Register your team(s) by 31 August 2025 and save 50% on Team/Club Registration Fees! The discount will be applied automatically when you complete your team registration.
Once registered, teams attending Butlin’s venues (Bognor Regis, Minehead and Skegness) will be emailed an accommodation booking link to forward to parents/guardians, who can then book online with a £30pp deposit.
Teams attending Haven Ayr will be emailed an accommodation booking form to complete to book units for your whole group, with a £30pp deposit.
Your accommodation booking deadline will be advised by ESF Events, but is typically 2 – 3 weeks after your team registration has been accepted. Final balance payments are due 10 weeks before the festival.
