Butlin’s Half Board Dining Plan prices are per person for the weekend and include evening meal on Friday, breakfast and evening meal on Saturday and Sunday, and breakfast on Monday. ESF26 is a touring festival. Accommodation for your whole group, including players, club officials and families/spectators, must be booked through ESF Events. Individuals who are not booked through ESF Events are not part of the event and do not have permission to attend the playing venues as a player, official or spectator, or to attend the presentation ceremonies at Butlin’s and Haven. If members of your group (players, club officials, spectators) attend the event but have not booked accommodation through ESF Events, the team will not be permitted to participate in the festival.
Accommodation Prices are per person (Inc. VAT) for 3 nights accommodation (Fri, Sat & Sun) and include entertainment passes and ESF wristbands. Balconies, Patios and guaranteed Ground Floor units may be available as an optional extra for an additional charge in some grades of accommodation.
Accommodation grades and sizes of unit listed above are subject to availability.
Full under-occupancy charges apply if the minimum occupancy is not reached. i.e. if 3 guests book a 4 berth unit of accommodation, they will have to pay for 4 guests.
Additional grades of accommodation may be available.
*A moderate charge may apply to some facilities.
